Resilient Macroeconomic Framework  
Objective :To deliver thorough assessments, evidence based policies and strategic advice on macroeconomic and fiscal management to the Cabinet and government. This includes identifying national and sectorial development priorities, monitoring and appraisal of public sector investment programmes and enhancing access and coordination of climate change and disaster resilient developments.

Prudent Fiscal Management
Objective: To achieve effective and prudent fiscal management by offering supportive budget and fiscal policies. This includes conducting internal audits and investigations, engaging in economic policy and planning, ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting disclosure, procurement management, coordinating aid and managing debt, providing financial legal services, monitoring procurement, and overseeing debt management.

Responsible management of Government assets and Resources

Objective: To foster and promote a working environment that encourages productivity and effectiveness and efficiency in undertaking our ministry functions and responsibilities.  This development is vital for sustainable and efficient operations and will assist achieve all of our Ministerial level outcomes, sectoral goals and by default, our national goals.
