This plan covers the financial years starting from 2022/23 in which the Ministry’s objectives are clearly linked to the achievement of the overarching goals of the Pathway for the Development of Samoa (PDS). It provide clarity, direction and focus on the purpose of the Ministry (Mission), and what the Ministry wants to achieve as an organisation (Vision) and how it proposes to get the (Plan).
