The Corporate Strategic Services Division (CSSD) is a key support unit within the Ministry of Finance, ensuring smooth operations and effective delivery of services. CSSD leads and oversees the development of the Ministry’s Corporate Plan and Annual Reports, and manages functions including human resources, administration, finance, records management, and transport services.
The Division is instrumental in workforce planning, staff development, and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, as well as administering the Government’s travel insurance programme.
Our division is made up of 3 main units Human Resources Management, Administration, and Finance Management with 2 sub-functions in Records Management and Transport. These units work together to support efficient operations and high-quality service delivery, all under the supervision of the ACEO:
