Our Unit coordinates the consolidation of Government subsidiaries, grants, and Community Service Obligation (CSO) support for State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in the Budget Estimates.  The unit works closely with the Ministry of Public Enterprises (MPE) to track and enter SOEs' quarterly financial performance into the Budget Division database/budget analysis to assist in Budget Formulation and Monitoring. The unit also monitors SOE policies, particularly Dividend (35%) and Return on Equity (ROE – 5%) policies, to assess any implications on the Government Budget and provide advice to the ACEO.
