Our Unit leads lead the compilation and preparation of Budget Monitoring Reports, including quarterly reports submitted to Cabinet, to ensure effective monitoring of the overall budget performance. The unit also plays a critical role in the development of the Budget Address and Fiscal Strategy in close collaboration with the Formulation Unit.  We also oversee the monitoring of the transfer of funds between and within outputs as requested by Ministries and SOEs, in accordance with policies and procedures in place as well as monitoring fiscal rules set by the Economic Policy and Planning Division (EPPD) in the Fiscal Strategy.
