Our Unit coordinates the timely consolidation of current expenditures and analyzing past performance, to forecast future expenditures of the Government.  We lead the updating and review of the Forward Estimates model once the annual budget is completed and passed by Parliament. Our team also monitors and provide ad-hoc analysis on the trends and progress of long-term Government developments, new initiative and expenditure policies.
