We are responsible for the timely coordination, consolidation, and preparation of the Annual and Supplementary Budget Estimates. This includes supervising the preparation of Bills and Warrants following Cabinet's endorsement of the draft estimates, as well as supporting the generation of key budget documents accompanying the tabling of the estimates in Parliament, such as the Budget Address and Fiscal Strategy Statement, in accordance with the PFM Act.
