‍The PC/Network Unit ensures that the Ministry’s IT infrastructure—including Local Area Network (LAN), and the Government Wide Area Network (GWAN)—runs efficiently and securely. Listed below are our duties and responsibilities on a daily basis:

• Provide technical support for IT equipment
• Perform system maintenance and upgrades
• Ensure robust network security
• Support a reliable IT environment for internal operations and service delivery
• Minimize downtime and disruptions
• Maintain accessibility and functionality of digital services for staff and stakeholders
