Finance One (FMIS) Unit

This unit is responsible for managing the core Government financial system used by the Ministry of Finance and Government Ministries. Listed below are our duties and responsibilities on a daily basis:

  • Ensure ongoing support and maintenance of the Government’s FMIS, Finance One.
  • Manage system access, security, configurations and upgrades.
  • Perform month-end and year-end processes.
  • Develop reports to meet user needs.
  • Provide user support and liaise with the software provider Technology One.
  • Monitor data quality and recommend improvements.
  • Deliver ongoing training for users across ministries.
