Business Data Analysis Unit

The Business Data Analyst Unit provides analysis and technical insight to support the development and improvement of IT systems across the Ministry. Listed below are our duties and responsibilities on a daily basis:

• Provide analysis and technical insight to support IT system development and improvement
• Identify system needs and recommend suitable digital solutions
• Integrate new platforms to enhance service delivery
• Manage other systems across the Ministry besides Finance One
• Monitor performance and security of existing systems
• Deliver training to ensure staff confidently use digital tools
• Provide support and training for the Ministry’s website and online platform
