Deputy CEO – Operations

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) – Operations is a key leadership position within the Executive Management team of the Ministry of Finance. The role is responsible for securing the effective delivery and continuous improvement of the Ministry’s core operational functions to support sustainable growth and high-quality public service.

The DCEO – Operations plays a pivotal role in providing technical and operational advice, as well as contributing to strategic policy planning and development across the Ministry. This position ensures the smooth implementation of the Ministry’s Annual Work Program and Budget in alignment with the Corporate Plan, while maintaining high standards of corporate governance, staff capacity development, and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
