The Ministry is dedicated to enhancing professional development of staff by creating training programs that target skill gaps and limitations, ensuring staff acquire the essential skills and knowledge for their roles. Table 1 outlines the various types of training held both in Samoa and overseas, along with the number of attendees from MOF. This includes training sessions organized by the Ministry for its stakeholders, as well as those hosted by other Ministries that MOF staff participated in.
