Provide advice and ensure compliance with Human Resource policies, including the WCE Manual 2015, leave entitlements, and benefits administration.
Maintain Ministry personnel records through the People One system.
Administer payroll functions, including TY15, overtime, deductions, and statutory compliance.
Support ministry budget preparation, ensuring proper allocation for employee salaries, allowances, and benefits.
Manage leave records, conduct compliance audits, and monitor staff attendance.
Prepare quarterly HR performance metrics and compliance reports.
Coordinate all travel logistics for Ministry officials’ official trips, including visa processing, travel itineraries, and submission of Cabinet/STSC documents.
Administer government-wide travel insurance and personal accident insurance programs.
