Administration Unit

  • Provide advice and ensure compliance with Human Resource policies, including the WCE Manual 2015, leave entitlements, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain Ministry personnel records through the People One system.
  • Administer payroll functions, including TY15, overtime, deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Support ministry budget preparation, ensuring proper allocation for employee salaries, allowances, and benefits.
  • Manage leave records, conduct compliance audits, and monitor staff attendance.
  • Prepare quarterly HR performance metrics and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate all travel logistics for Ministry officials’ official trips, including visa processing, travel itineraries, and submission of Cabinet/STSC documents.
  • Administer government-wide travel insurance and personal accident insurance programs.
