Project Management Unit

The project consists of three main components aimed at improving Samoa’s financial and identification systems:

• Coordinate and monitor implementation of policy actions under the Joint Policy Action Matrix (JPAM)
• Coordinate with key stakeholders & development partners assessments on Government PFM systems and capacity needs
• Coordinate and monitor all Finance Sector Projects and Programs to support the Sector priorities
