Investigation Function

We conduct investigations into irregularities involving public funds and public properties. This function supports the IAF by overseeing and assessing the internal controls related to financial management and reporting across all Government Ministries and Public Bodies. Core responsibilities include:

• Investigations into irregularities involving public funds;
• Investigations into irregularities involving public properties; and
• Pre-audit of requisition of goods and services (Motor Vehicle Payments)
