Afioga Tofilau Lae Siliva, Deputy CEO of the Ministry of Finance, delivered remarks on behalf of Hon. Minister Lautimuia Afoa Uelese Vaai to open the Samoa GCF FAO Readiness Workshop.

The speech highlighted the need for strong partnerships, inclusive decision-making, and connecting climate finance to real community solutions.

With over 300 consultations across all 51 constituencies, this workshop reflects the voices of villages, youth, women, and vulnerable groups.
