The Finance Sector Annual Review 2025 was held over a two-day program from Thursday 4th - Friday 5th December 2025 at the TATTE Convention Centre. This year's annual review reflected upon the sector's progress made against the current Finance Sector Plan 2022/23 -2026/27 and also featured the launching of two key national planning tools, the Sector Planning Manual and the Project Planning & Programming Manual.

Participants were actively engaged through panel sessions throughout the event on the following key topics:

"No One Left Behind: Building a Social Protection System that Works for All Samoans",

"Leveraging Diaspora Finance for Inclusive Growth/From Investment",

"Safeguarding Samoa's Global Financial Connectivity: Strengthening Correspondent Banking Relationships (CBRs)",

"Accelerating Digital Transformation for an Inclusive and Resilient Finance Sector",

"Strengthening Public Accountability through Effective Auditing and Good Governance", and

"Strengthening Domestic Revenue Mobilization for Fiscal Sustainability and Inclusive Growth".

The annual review continues to serve as the platform to inform the public of the sector's progress and to work collectively towards a sustainable and resilient finance sector.
