Asian Development Bank (ADB) Executive Director Mr. Parjiono met with the Honourable Minister of Finance, Chief Executive Officer, and Management Team of the Ministry of Finance during his official visit to Samoa.

The meeting focused on Samoa's development priorities, ongoing ADB-supported initiatives, and opportunities to strengthen cooperation between the Government of Samoa and the ADB. The Honourable Minister of Finance expressed appreciation for the ADB's continued support towards Samoa's economic and social development.

The CEO and management team provided an overview of the Ministry's key priorities and current development challenges, while discussions highlighted the importance of continued collaboration in areas such as public financial management, infrastructure development, and climate resilience.

Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining a strong partnership and working together to support Samoa's sustainable and inclusive development goals.
